Ann does a brilliant job with my very hairy husky crossbreed! Highly recommended especially if you have a super shedder like me.

I have a very anxious 41/2 yr old cockapoo who hates going to the groomers, I told Ann this before I booked and she told me not to worry, she would look after her. Treacle was amazing for her and seemed so calm when I picked her up and really seemed to like Ann, I am so happy with the service and groom and will definitely be going there from now on.

Great communication, very professional and ever so friendly. Ann did a fantastic job with my working cocker spaniel, Duke looks and feels like a new dog! highly recommended dog grooming in Canterbury. Just brilliant.

Ann is truly the best! She took time to really get to know our maine coon Hamilton. Ensuring a comfortable groom for both her and your pet is her top priority! She worked on getting him comfortable enough to have a bath and brush, something he hates at home. He always comes back smelling fresh and looking great! She even sends photos sometimes during and after the groom, like the one attached 10/10 recommend and will not take him anywhere else, she's his groomer for life Thanks always Ann

Ann is a wonderful dog groomer. Not only does she really look after my dog’s wellbeing, she also does a super job too. She’s very knowledgeable about all breed types and takes a huge amount of care in making sure that my dog is comfortable and relaxed while he’s with her. I would 100% recommend Ann to anyone and trust her completely to take care of my pup.

Nina and Mimosa saw Ann today to have their claws clipped - their last experience at the vet’s for claws had been a negative one and had ended up with them both being very scared. Ann was so lovely with them both and took everything at their pace and made it an altogether very positive experience, which I really appreciate. They understood what was happening and everything was on their terms - truly win-win! Thank you so much, Ann, this was a big thing for them both but you took all the fear out of it for them.

Ann is so lovely and wonderful with Caley, we are always happy with how our pup looks afterwards and is always so sweet about our (very wriggly) doggy! Plus the seasonal bows are adORable

Ann saw Dug for his first groom. Although we've been doing some brushing and handling at home, as a 14 week old goldendoodle we were worried that a new experience would overstimulate him. Ann put him and us at ease, gave us the chance to have some quiet time enjoying a coffee and some food, and absolutely amazed us with the results. Dug was incredibly well behaved, which is only testament to Ann's talent, commitment and experience. When we got him, he smelled like heaven, looked a lot more comfortable and even came back home with a new toy - which is now his favourite - and a new friend. 100% would recommend and cannot wait to take Dug back in 6 weeks!

Without doubt the most talented groomer I have ever used. Ann has a natural rapport with the animals. I have a Pomeranian so she is very hard to groom and I’m delighted!

I recently took my Gordon Setter Isla to Ann at Glory Dogs, as she was in dire need of some attention having become surprisingly hairy. Ann did an amazing job and Isla now looks like a different dog, it was a long process as she needed hand stripping and in order not to overtax her Ann booked her back in on the following day so that she could finish the groom. I am absolutely delighted with the result and I would highly recommend Ann and Glory Dogs.

We have been taking digbea to Ann for about a year now and he loves going she’s fabulous with him and highly recommend the mud scrub treatment

Ann was wonderful with my puppy. So calm and caring. Jessie looked beautiful and smelled fantastic when I picked her up. Very professional and offered lots of advice for helping Jessie become more comfortable with grooming. Thoroughly recommend her.

Ann is so calm, patient and gentle with our boy. As a rescue, we don’t know his background. Although a cuddle monster at home, he doesn’t like vet & grooming scenarios. Ann has gently guided us and Jinx through a gentle pamper & he is getting better. He always looks and smells amazing after visiting. I can’t recommend Ann highly enough, especially if you have a dog who gets stressed in grooming situations. Ann gave us tips and guidance and stopped any embarrassment we were experiencing because of his behaviour. Clearly expertly trained but definitely armed the love and passion of an animal lover. 5* star service. Thank you so much Ann xx

This was Georgies first trim and he'd been an unpredictable puppy . He came back to me calm , happy and thoroughly groomed. I'm delighted and he's a slim handsome little dog . Top marks .

I highly recommend Ann. She is a very friendly and welcoming lady. I took my British shorthair cat to her today and when I picked her up she looked much cleaner and lighter in colour and smelled amazing, barely any hair shedding off her as well. I would go again.

So pleased to have discovered Ann's wonderful service for our pooches. Very thorough and professional. One of very few groomers around Canterbury who offers hand-stripping and as owners of two wire-haired dachshunds this is great news! So pleased with Anne's expertise and attention. Would recommend Ann to everyone with an anxious dog! Ann was so welcoming and reassuring with Shadow. Shadow hasn’t had the best experience at groomers in the past so I was slightly concerned about how he would react. Ann was so reassuring and worked at Shadows pace. I was pleased to hear that he was very well behaved when I picked him up! He absolutely loved it and he smells great!! Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!!!

We have used Ann for a year now and amazingly she has managed to make our lovely dog sit still for over an hour (even five minutes is a miracle!) and be pampered. Ann is welcoming and friendly. Messages prior to appointment gave all the details for how to find her and what to expect. She’ll take you through the garden and explain the entrance exit / pickup procedure to limit any potential for dogs crossing over at busy times. She has great insight into dog behaviour and gave great feedback on pickup for things we can do ourselves for ongoing maintenance. We’ve already recommended Ann to a friend.

Our Akita, ‘Badger’, always looks incredible after a session at the Glory Dogs Studios, Ann does a fantastic job. Great customer service also. Highly recommend.

We took our maincoon to see Ann for her to work her magic on him. Our boy took to Ann immediately and we knew instantly he would be in safe hands. Ann is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. On returning to collect our boy we were amazed how much fur had been brushed out and the couple of knots he had were completely gone. Our boy was purring away in Ann’s arms very content. After having a previous bad experience with a local cat groomer, it was enlightening to find someone who cares for our fur baby as we do. Thank you Ann, we will certainly be back!

Ann is absolutely brilliant. She has been grooming our Shihpoo Chewie for some time now and always does an amazing job. He is wiggly and hates his legs being done but she is so patient and kind with him. Worth every penny would highly recommend

First time taking our Luna to the grooming service. She was a bit nervous on the way but we were please to see how gentle Ann was handling her. Would definitely go back and recommend to everyone and Luna smells absolutely amazing!

This was petals first groom, she is only 3 months old and was struggling with being too hot, so needed an early groom to make her comfortable. Ann was very professional and caring in how she handled petals first experience and I couldn’t recommend her and her professionalism more. Glory Dogs Grooming and Petcare is a gem of a find! Baxter is not a fan of the grooming process but Ann was very patient and managed to complete the session with very little fuss (from Baxter!) She did such a fabulous job and I'd highly recommend her.

I have a large, young and boisterous german shepherd that has been to other groomers and ended up refused to continue with him. I met Ann at a networking group and she was more than happy to take on the challenge. From start to finish the experience was faultless and now have a well groomed and clean dog. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
